Jungfische sterben

Hallo
Ich habe momentan Probleme mit meinen Paleatus
Die Tiere sind jetzt gut 1cm groß
Einzelne Tiere färben sich weißlich hell und verenden innerhalb weniger Stunden
Wasserwerte sind alle
(Ph No2 Po4 No3 O2 Fe Nh4 Sio2 Kh Gh ) in Ordung
Wöchentlicher Wasserwechsel von 20%
Kann mir da jemand weiterhelfen?
